I saw this quote the other day, regarding the eclipse; “Eclipse Reminder - Earth is the only planet that we know of that has a perfect solar eclipse, since our moon happens to be about the exact same size as our sun when seen from the surface. As far as we know this is a coincidence, and about a one in a trillion bit of luck.” Now, I’ll admit I didn’t fact check this to confirm the earth is the only planet that experiences a perfect solar eclipse. I’m going to take that as fact on good faith. Speaking of faith - How much faith does it take to think that a perfect solar eclipse—which is a “one in a trillion bit of luck”—has happened by coincidence? It takes quite a bit of faith to think that is just luck and chance. The far more plausible and logical conclusion is that the sun, moon, and earth were placed with intent. A Creator God is the logical explanation behind the eclipse. As Psalm 19 famously says; “The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork.”
