Join us Wednesdays from 6:30-8:00pm!

The goal of CBC student ministries is to lead students to follow Jesus fully and make Him fully known.

We seek to do this through mid-week gatherings, Sunday School, and other events that focus on building relationships with other students, an emphasis on God's Word, and learning what it means to be a disciple of Jesus that impacts our world for His glory. Sunday School classes for middle school and high school students are Sundays at 9:00am, with one Worship Service for all ages starting at 10:30am.

KICKS (Kids In Christ's Kingdom) is the middle school youth group for students in grades 6-8. A typical Wednesday includes a game, Bible study, small group discussion, and snacks (of course)! The last Wednesdays of the month are often reserved for Small Group Nights, (fun outings with a smaller group of students) or Serve Nights (such as raking leaves, serving a meal, volunteering at Mission Southside or other local ministries). In the summer, KICKS meets for activities about once a month — past summers have included a campout and an end-of-summer swim party. A highlight of the summer is our district Junior High Camp in NE Oklahoma.

TREK is the high school youth group for students in grades 9-12. TREK meets each Wednesday for an engaging evening of activities, Bible study, and small group discussion. Typically, the last Wednesdays of the month alternate between Small Group Nights and Serve Nights. Special events each year include our district SDYC youth conference, scavenger hunts, service projects, and seasonal activities. Summer brings new opportunities to stay connected, such as Senior High Camp in Oklahoma, picnics and other outings, service projects, and mission trips. In particular, mission trips provide significant opportunities for challenge and growth as a disciple of Jesus — past trips have included SOAR (through MB Mission: North Carolina, South Texas, Utah, Vancouver), a locally-focused mission experience in Kansas City, and a spring break trip to Nicaragua.
