We're trying a couple new things on Sunday! 

First, we will have nametags for everyone. We've actually been kicking around this idea for a while and feel now is the right time to try it. We've had a number of new people over the last several weeks, and I assume for many of us there are people who've been a part of the church for a long time, and yet we don't know them on a first-name basis. So, we'll have disposable, blank nametags available on Sunday for you to write your name. If you can name everyone in the church and are confident they can name you, then feel free to not wear a nametag. Otherwise, help everyone out and stick one on! We'll see how it goes, and evaluate whether it's worth doing again, or maybe even on a monthly basis. Maybe first Sundays of the month will be "donuts and nametags" Sundays? 

Second, we are starting to work through The New City Catechism on Sundays, beginning with question one. See below in the CBC Weekly for first question and answer of the catechism. I wrote about this a few weeks ago, so won't repeat all that here. I'll just encourage you to read the question and answer each week and discuss it with your family and/or meditate on it. By doing so you will be ready to say it with the church on Sunday!
