Have you noticed any changes around the church building? We've been working to make some upgrades and updates to our facilities, starting during last Saturday's workday, and in preparation for Easter Sunday. Thanks to all those who came out and helped (more than I could name here)! We'll have another workday on April 5th, and we'd love for you to help. We are working on several projects, including putting up a basketball hoop in the parking lot, painting and sprucing up the fellowship hall, decorating the lobby, painting and turning the conference room into a prayer room, and doing a deep clean of the whole church. I want to ask for particular help with seating/chairs for two rooms: the new prayer room (the room attached to the nursery), and the mom & baby room. For the new prayer room, we would like to add comfortable seating that would facilitate prayer. We want to walk a fine line of budget-consciousness while also ensuring the furniture and decor are pleasant and attractive. So, we are happy to take donations/suggestions but may or may not use them depending on fit and style! For the mom & baby room, we need two gliders/rocking chairs that will work well for mothers and babies. If you have, see, or know of chairs that might fit in either of those two rooms, let us know (or specifically contact Debbie Hardy).
